What data we process and why
When you use our inquiry form, we process the data you enter: your name or company, e-mail address, the selected segment, estimated volume and your message. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you share there. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about a possible cooperation.
Legal basis
We process this data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and communicating with prospective partners (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else may process the data
Our inquiry form is technically handled by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which forwards submissions to our e-mail. We also use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how this website is used — see the section on cookies and analytics below. The website itself is hosted as static files on GitHub Pages. Any transfer of data outside the EU is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only for as long as needed to handle it and for the related communication, and delete it afterwards — unless a contractual or legal reason to keep it arises.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5234ELT1T2), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It stores first-party cookies in your browser — named _ga and _ga_* — which remain on your device for up to two years and assign your browser a random identifier. This lets us see how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and roughly which country they come from.
We use this only to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not pass this data to third parties for their own purposes. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address — it is used to derive an approximate location and is then discarded.
Google may process this data on servers outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses.
You can prevent analytics cookies at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, by browsing in private mode, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@stratexim.com.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
